Graduate Academy

westbrook is expanding rapidly to meet the growing needs of businesses realising both the benefits and advantages of moving into the Cloud.

Every year we take on at least 10 graduates on our 18 month training programme - 9 months' training and commercial experience, followed by 9 months of working across the business.

This is part of a wider 3 year multidisciplinary programme that provides an opportunity for specialisation in a range of selected Cloud solutions.

Cloud Academy for Graduates

It may sound ambitious, but we expect our graduate trainees to start working on client projects within weeks of starting their course. Through the force for good programme, in particular, there are many situations where they can add immediate value alongside more experienced members of our team. Our philosophy is to provide opportunity, challenge and responsibility as soon as possible.

This requires a particular character; someone with an inquisitive, energetic and methodical mind, capable of solving challenges as they present themselves. A work ethic , ability to use initiative and desire to contribute to our team culture is essential; it is a testing environment.

The first part of our programme is divided into 3 formal modules each lasting 12 weeks, with clear objectives to be met at the end of each, including Salesforce certification exams and formal graduation at the end of the programme in broader business consultancy skills.

Selection for Academy 2012, which starts in September, is well advanced, but you may wish to express early interest for 2013. Depending on demand we may be running more than one programme next year.
