force for good

force for good™ is westbrook's philanthropic commitment towards the non profit sector. It provides professional services either for free or at extremely cost effective rates, often dependent on the recipient's ability to pay.

This supports the Salesforce Foundation offer of 10 free Enterprise level CRM licences to all qualifying NPOs - worth £10,200 a year. For small organisations, in particular, this offers commercial quality business functionality at a fraction of normal costs. Click on 'Read More' to apply for an Academy grant.

Under the force for good™ programme, organisations may apply for a westbrook Academy grant (up to 10 days of time), which entitles qualifying organisations access to our professional services for use in the most appropriate way to support their Salesforce deployment. Further professional time may be purchased below normal commercial rates.

For larger organisations we can offer westbrook Academy students for short placements, which provides the equivalent of in house resource to speed up user adoption and central skills transfer. Over the last 4 years westbrook has supported over 100 charities to move or develop their Salesforce platform over the last 3 years.

force for good is delighted to be working with our client CFN. They chose Salesforce to be their central management system, including all CRM functions, management reporting, donation and grant management. It is in the process of being rolled out to their 50 member organisations in the next few months.

Take a look at our video case studies and hear from the charities themselves about how Salesforce transformed the way they work.

If in doubt get in touch - our aim is to help as many as possible within the constraints of our commercial activity. Timing is everything and if you hit our Academy training programme at the right moment you may be offered more cost effective support than you expect.
