1. Prepare: At the outset we make sure that we clearly understand your business problem and determine an optimum solution. We will identify, qualify and justify the potential for a business opportunity as a viable project in order to prepare an agreed statement of work to address your need.
2. Scope: Once a project has been launched, we must delve into the details to capture and agree your requirements. Here we will plan a roadmap and a delivery plan to determine the boundaries of your project, including potential risks and pitfalls in order to stay focused on the desired results throughout.
3. Design: This stage focuses on the concrete methods for how we will build a solution to meet your requirements agreed in the Scope stage. We break the project down into an architecture that will allow us to achieve our targeted outcomes.
4. Build: We then maximise on our technical expertise and configure the solution designed based on our absolute understanding of your business issue. This includes technical development, which is thoroughly tested before deployment.
5. Deploy: Once fully tested, we roll out the solution in your environment, including full training to empower your people to optimise the potential of the product.
6. Closure: Here we work towards the seamless transfer of the product, providing complete documentation. We are dedicated to our own continuous improvement and will use this stage to obtain customer feedback and capture lessons learnt.
7. Continuity management: Because we understand that timely answers to business, technical and administration questions are paramount to achieving success with Cloud solutions, we will determine the level of support you will need post-implementation to maintain your competitive edge.
